He’s a rock star and she’s one of the most successful actresses of mainstream erotica, so it’s no surprise Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed like to spice things up in the bedroom.

But if the KISS bassist’s latest words were used by another man in reference to their wife, they’d be more likely to get their woman less hot and more bothered.

Referring to Tweed as a w***e, the 62-year-old American-Israeli musician said that the newly-wed couple are less concerned with being romantic and more interested in having sex.

After getting hitched last October following 28 years of unwedded bliss, Simmons told Hollyscoop: ‘Romance is interesting, but somebody much more prolific than I am put it better – she should be a Madonna in the kitchen and a w***e in the bedroom.’

But unlike many women her age, the blonde, 54, didn’t seem to mind the label her husband had publicly given to her.

Seemingly in agreement she added: ‘[You have to] keep having sex in different ways. Try to think of something new.’

The couple have two grown children, Nicolas, 22 and Sophie Alexandra, 19.

And Shannon, who appears alongside them on reality show, Gene Simmons Family Jewels, insists the duo know exactly what to do when the couple feel like being naughty.

She continued: ‘Thank god the children are grown up. As soon as they hear noise from upstairs, they leave the house. That's good.’

The wacky twosome were speaking at the premiere of new Relativity Media’s Haywire,co-hosted by Playboy in Los Angeles.

Smartly dressed in suit jackets, they showed how much they were truly still in love after almost three decades together as they were affectionate and even leaned in for a smooch on the red carpet.

Madonna has taken celebrity pampering to a new level - after admitting that she has never cooked a meal in her life.

The Material Girl said that not once in her 53 years has she slaved over a hot stove even though her daughter Lourdes, 15, regularly does so.

She also admitted that her son David Banda, six, helps out with the cooking as do all her staff - but she won’t get involved in the kitchen.

In an outburst Madonna said: ‘But I do everything else! Do I have to do everything?’

Her disclosure is likely to raise eyebrows amongst millions of mothers for whom cooking is a daily ritual, and an inescapable chore.

But Madonna has never done things conventionally - her diet has long been the subject of speculation with claims that she has stopped eating all processed food, dairy and just about all kinds of spices

The mother-of-three also does not drink alcohol or caffeine and supposedly consumes up to three litres of water a day.

Sugar has reportedly been banned from her home entirely meaning nobody in her family gets to enjoy cakes, pastries or sweets.

In an interview with U.S. TV network ABC, Madonna was asked: ‘What was the last meal you cooked entirely by yourself’ and replied: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever cooked a meal entirely by myself.’

'My daughter says "that is inappropriate, you are not dressing like that" and sometimes she is right,' she explained.

She told of a recent incident when she emerged from her dressing room in a bustier to attend an event to promote her new directorial W.E, and was told by the 15-year-old to change.

'She came into my dressing and she said "Mom what are you doing? That is not director, that is inappropriate."

Madonna's 'romance' admissions come after she told Graham Norton earlier this week in an interview that she hoped one day to be ‘swept away by a knight in shining armour’.

She also revealed that despite the breakdown of her marriages to actor Sean Penn and director Guy Ritchie she would wed again – if asked.

She was speaking to chat show host before the premiere of her new film, W.E. in London.

Madonna, who directed the movie about the love affair between Wallis Simpson and King Edward VIII, chose a classic black velvet strapless gown and lace cape for the red carpet appearance at the Odeon cinema in Kensington, West London.

The singer divorced Ritchie, 43, after eight years of marriage in 2008. He is dating model Jacqui Ainsley and the couple had a baby son in September.

Found this photograph on ebay (current bid .67). It's an autographed photo of the veteran drummer Keith Box, currently featured on "Feztastic" - Big Al Davies' new CD.

Keith has played with many famous bands over the past three decades. Notably 70's folk-prog ensemble "Griffindore", new wave-power pop trio "The Smash", and indie remainder bucket filler "Jumble Sale".

Hopefully his connection with a "hot" internet band will help to revive his flagging career...
